Faith the Vampire Slayer Tv show?

Is it going to happen? to me it seems likely Joss offers Eliza a show she turns it down for Tru Calling. Fox killls that and now Eliza says she'd love to play Faith again(or so I've heard). So what do you guys think will it happen?

I agree. Joss has moved on. At most you'll see her in one of the Buffy-followup TV movies that he is considering (but not as the main character).



On the subject of Buffy, today I caught the Christmas episode from Season Three for the first time. What a great episode. I had always thought that Angel was pretty lame during that whole season, but that episode brought his character into better persepective. The appearance in that episode of the First Evil, taking on the form of the dead, also made the whole 7th season make far more sense.

Since Joss Whedon is set to do Wonder Woman, I doubt he will do Faith tv show anytime soon.

Personally I'm not particularly excited about seeing Faith or the actress that portrayed Faith in anything anytime soon. Out with the old, in with the new!

I'd certainly like to see Joss go back to the Buffyverse at some point.

My loony idea for a new series was a bit of a take-off on the series finale. Someone from the Buffy cast (with a sidekick or two) is the lead, as a roving agent of Giles' Watcher's Council, trying to help new Slayers deal with the kind of things Slayers deal with. I thought it could work with just about any of the survivng Buffy good-guys as the lead.
