An abnormally large amphibian found all across Duscae. Although typically limited to living near bodies of water, the gigantoad is known to venture outside of its figurative comfort zone during downpours—much to the surprise of unsuspecting hikers.

Pollution Resistant. The gigantoad has advantage on saving throws made to avoid being Poisoned or to take poison damage.
Standing Leap. The gigantoad’s long jump is 30 feet and its high jump is 20 feet, with or without a running start.
ACTIONS
Tongue Lash. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit. 20 (3d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage and the target is Grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is Restrained, and the gigantoad can't use Tongue Lash against another target.
Swallow. The gigantoad makes one Tongue Lash attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is Blinded and Restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the gigantoad, and it takes 14 (4d6) acid damage at the start of each of the gigantoad's turns. The gigantoad can have only one target swallowed at a time. If the gigantoad dies, a swallowed creature is no longer Restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 5 feet of movement, exiting Prone.
Roll (Rechage 4-6). The gigantoad rolls in a 15-foot wide, 25-foot long line. Each creature in this area must succeed a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 19 (3d12) bludgeoning damage and being knocked Prone on a failed save, or half as much damage and not being knocked Prone on a success. Afterwards, the gigantoad moves to the opposite side of this line.
