The one minute video did not show much. It did name several of the big names in the Realms, but I admit not knowing Karlach, but I do not play Baldur's Gate (BG3). It kind of names a few locations and such, but the video does not say anything about what is in the actual books. A bit of a teaser only.

I love the idea, but that is not what it looks like to me. Though I have very little knowledge of the FR.

Maybe the book is going to introduce a new group of dragons into the Realms?

3e's Half-Dragon template can be applied to dragons. Thus, a Half-Green White Dragon or a Half-White Green Dragon isn't too far-fetched.
