Ballista, HP48/48, AC 26/29vRanged(FF19/24vR-T15/20vR) F5 R13 W6

Ballista pops to her feet and draws both her bow and an arrow to fit into the string while waiting for the bubble to be canceled. 1d20+5=25 Taking a bead on the large skull of the walking pile of bones, Ballista will shoot the instant the bubble is gone, hit=27 for dmg=8, cold=4

OOC - XD of course initiative is the only time I roll 20s.

Jillian 29
Ballista 25 (holding action until 17)
Fin 20
Grackle 17
Zorn 16
Logan 16
Harrison 9
Bone Golem 7

Jillian acts quickly drawing her small short sword and swinging at the large golem. Her tiny blade fails to mark the hard bone of the terrible construct even though she is sure she hit it.

Ballista pops to her feet and draws both her bow and an arrow to fit into the string while waiting for the bubble to be canceled. Taking a bead on the large skull of the walking pile of bones, Ballista will shoot the instant the bubble is gone.

Fin is surprised by the sudden appearance of the golem cursing aloud "I hate the undead". The dwarf will nonetheless roll between its legs, ending up hugging the wall and his rapier in his hands.

Fin will try to run his rapier through the skeletons back, but his weapon is not very effective against such a foe and even with the advantage of attacking a flank he fails to harm it.

Garagos stabs slightly the bubble, testing if he can leave them without smashing it.

Grackle notices the others banging on his bubble and trying to get out, so he can only guess that they want out. Maybe. Or maybe they're trying to distract the deady with noise? Still, Grackle thinks it might be good to open the bubble before somebody yells at him. He doesn't like when people yell at him. How is he supposed to know what other people want if they don't say anything? They never say anything, until they yell at him.

Grackle inexplicably starts to sniffle and cry, drooping his head and muttering. The Admiral chitters once and hops down to stand on Grackle's shoulder, keeping wary mustelid eyes on the giant skeleton. Grackle dismisses the Resilient Sphere.

The instant the sphere vanishes, Ballista's shot flies forth to crack the golem's skull and leave a rime of frost behind. The bolt was deflected by the hardness of the skull and didn't do as much damage as she had hoped, however.

Zorn will aid the party and cast Haste. The world seems to slow down slightly as everyone speeds up.

Logan shoulders past Grackle on his way to the golem, where he swings his mghty morning star in a vicious arc and strikes the hideous Bone Golem causing a shower of bone fragments to break away from the creatures hand. Logan is surprised at how hard the bones are, it would take adamantine to proper match them.
[sblock=Leif]Your attack would miss AC22, however, you got a +1 from Zorn's spell. If you charge that will net you another +2 and you'll get a hit, but that means you'll take a -2 to AC this round. I'm posting it that way. If you'd rather not charge then I'll take away the hit. FYI, because the golem is a construct and not an undead turning won't work.[/sblock] His headlong charge at the Golem opens him up to attack (1d20+14=22), but his faith, and fine armor, protect him.

Harrison was so wrapped up in his goofy antics he almost misses the actual danger of a summoned creature. He drops the 10 gp in his hand and draws his longsword and shield the attacks with all the fervor he can muster to protect the trapsmith, Jillian. He lands two stout blows, but he too is amazed at the hardness of the bones, and disappointed that the creature didn't suffer more from his attacks.

Now the Bone Golem takes it's turn and both Harrison and Logan feel the sting of it's mighty blades (1d20+14=32, 1d20+14=26). Both men sense the powerful strength behind the blows (1d8+7=15, 1d8+7=15).

OOC: Still waiting for Garagos. Logan and Harrison (and maybe Garagos have extra attacks coming thanks to Zorn's spell.

OOC: Actions for the next round?

Logan Lightbringer, Cleric9, AC28,FF27T17,HP76-10+3DR=69/76, DR3/-, F+9,R+4,W+11.

OOC: Yes, charge please! ;) Thanks!

Not knowing what else to do at the moment, Logan swings his morning star at the goles again: attack: 21, damage 8 (but I don't think that quite hits?)

Logan's 2nd swing at the golem (1d20+10=21, 1d8+3=8)

Wait a minute! Forgot to add my +1 from Zorn's spell, so I hit AC22, just barely! :)

hp: 82/97 ac base 26 touch 22 flatfooted 19 (+2 from haste)

Harrison is struck heavily by the gomn, but it does not detur him from swinging:

1d20+16=25, 1d8+7=13

(note: i forgot to add the +1 to attack for the haste, so the attack is a 26. if that hits, then the damage above applies)

Harrison swings his longsword one more time as it seems the bone golum is moving slower and he is moving faster.

OOC - Leif DON'T FORGET TO HEAL THE PARTY THIS TIME!!! as we are now out of rez scrolls. Its funny how its always the weekend when WDs turn comes up ;p

Ballista, HP48/48, AC 27/29vRanged(FF19/24vR-T15/20vR) F5 R13 W6

Ballista will cast Inspirational Boost (swift action) as she starts to sing the tune of courage. (+2 hit/dmg/save vs fear - standard action) and then down into the bottom corner.

Roger that! Please remind me as necessary? When the line for healing forms, let me know how much you each need, too (how many hp).

Grackle Granitetop, gnome sorcerer 9

Grackle sobs, and notices the others run off towards the deady, so he shuffles away. Looking back, he sees them smacking the deady with pointy sticks and stuff. He sniffles once, and decides he should do something before they yell at him for not doing something he should be doing but doesn't know he should be doing it or even what it is he should be doing that he doesn't know they might yell at him for not doing when he should be doing it.........

So he gibbers out a simple spell, pointing at the big four-armed skeleton, and sends five shimmering magical bolts at it. Then resumes sniffling and crying.

(ooc: 5-foot step away from the skeleton. Magic Missile for 13 damage. In case of Spell Resistance, I rolled a 22)
5d4+5=13, 1d20+9+2=22
