GAME FULL, THANKS!- New 3e game: The Breaking of Gavar

I have very little problem with this- but the first time I think you've metagamed, one of your characters is going to meet a messy death. :)

If no one else has a problem with this, I am inclined to allow it. But I certainly hope we get another player so that this isn't necessary.

Heh, I realised I don't need to make a character because of the recent cancelation of another game I was in. I've got a 1st lvl druid by the name of Saxon Nusmaar. There's ironically a number of things that work in his favour for those extra stat points that I did for the hell of it when creating him.

Druids work great in those big cities... :)

Thats ok. I have the funny feeling he'll have his work cut out for him. *plot music*

Well, if you don't get enough characters in, I'll try and whip something up tonight/tomorrow morning and send it in. I have this idea I've wanted to try forever - any objections to a cleric of the Knowledge/Madness domains?

Madness, huh?...

Works for me. Make up a deity to serve and make sure you read all the info on the campaign setting site.

-------------------

This goes to everyone-

I will have a glossary of names and places up sometime tonight or tomorrow. Any places etc. you might add in your character histories will be added to this.

Also, I am trying to work on a rough map of the area, but this might take longer.

Note that the half-dwarf page has been fixed, and the picture of the city is up on the Gavar page.

Basically, the first three characters to have anything sent to me-

character sheet, questionnaire, history, or even the player saying "I'm in" in my e-mail-

are in.

This will give us five.

Question: My character has a regional item (he's from FR), its a masterworked longsword, obviously he cannot use it himself but I want to know whether he can keep it because its tied in with his history somewhat and gives him something to do. Alright if he keeps it?

I now have the character sheets and assorted other things from three players. Two others have stated to varying degrees of "I'm in" ness that they are.... uhh.... in.

So, barring foreseen circumstances, like someone saying they are no longer "in", and/or one or both of these players stating that they can't complete their characters.

I'll wait until there is a definate fourth before I do any sort of in game posting (and will do that in a new thread, anyway.)

Oh hey, I have some more important things to say-

Dice Rolls:

I'll be rolling all the dice. Sometimes I might tell you the numbers I've rolled. Don't bet on it. :)

Critical hits:

If you roll your crit threat, roll again to confirm. If you again hit, then you've critted. If you roll in your threat range again, roll for a death threat. If you then hit again, your opponent just died.

Encounters and their Levels:

I am going to throw things at you that you can't beat. I am not going to tell you when or what these are. I leave it to your prudence to fight or flight.

Divine Intervention:
I have a soft spot for deities caring about my PCs. I will leave the rules of divine intervention and its possible effects a secret.

Editing Posts:

If you edit a post, please note what you've edited.

Does anyone have any other questions?

You have got me if you want me,

I sent you an email.

So will you allow stuff from Dragon or are all of my hard bought resources a waste :).
