Garden Gnome loses to Eilan

Eilan takes a boxing stance and throws a punch at Garden Gnome. Suddenly his face screws up in pain, and he leaps away from the gnome. Looking down, he sees a huge snapping turtle biting his foot. He yanks the turtle off his foot and throws it in his pot. The turtle rapidly grows to 6 feet high. Eilan leaps onto its back and orders it to eat the wee gnome!
The turtle devours the heavens; guards against the tempest of the feline!

The fox stands near the rapids; reduces the violence of the river!
A giant turtle? Well, I'll simply lure him to these rapids! And once he's good and lured, I'm sure he'll be subdued and his violent tendencies will be squashed! Sometimes a Gnome has just got to outfox his opponent rather than strike with brute force.

Garden Gnome whistles innocently after removing the turtle from his body. He strolls over to the judge and casually drops his one yen and says "Oh my, Why, there's a yen on the ground by your feet, my nice, wonderful, happy judge. Most certainly you have dropped this and in the confusion of losing your money certainly you wouldn't have seen me clearly trounce the reptile. It's okay, people make mistakes and who am I to judge, Judge? So, what's the score again?"

Having greased the correct palm, Garden Gnome lowers his head and rushes Eilan using his pointy hat like a unicorn's horn, trying to gore the mighty little green giant.

A unicorn falling to a point below ground is going to get seriously hurt when it stops falling...A hammer generally doesn't slash but at least it doesn't hurt itself when doing so.

Eilan dismounts his turtle and offers his whiskey bottle to the little gnome.
"Sash didn't work out so well last time, so I'll make money the old-fashioned way. Through extortion! Thug 1, here I come!"
