[GI] A Game of Improvising IC Introduction

OOC: I'm gone ONE night, and my players start killing eachother ;0:D Ah well.

The other customers at the inn, watch the beginning of the fight inside, but go back to their own matters when the fight goes outside. The bartender was just preparing to send the fighters out the dorr, but they go on thier own. He watches from the door.
When Faileas and grey reach the door, the bartender keeps them standing.

"You have clearly sown you cannot handle being armed in my inn. I would ask that you give me all your weapons, yo can have them back as sson as you leave the inn."

"Very well good tender."

He tosses the long staff over to the man behind the bar, and sits down with his friend. He throws a few quick gestures, "This fight isn't over." He cracks a smile, "You kept me drink cold! good man!"

He was a pirate, his code of honor was a bit askew.

(The following assumes he is let back inside with his weapons... If not, he will simply wait outside.)

The traveler empties his glass of water, takes a deep breath, then walks briskly over to Grey. Why can't these people just speak with their hands? Have they no shame?

"Pardon," he announces. "You fight well. You speak of a desert. Will you tell me the name of the desert?"

He stands awkwardly, his hands twitching a little at his sides, waiting intently for a response.

Grey had walked in and surrendered his weapons.

This guy I may like.

"The name of the desert is the Desert of The Forgotten, or the Forgotten Desert. I am recruiting a group of people to come help me find my father, who was lost there in a exploration raid.....,"Grey pauses wondering why he is revealing so much "2 years ago"

"Hey pirate fellow, for a sissy salior you got good moves! Would you be interested in coming to the desert?

Raiding deserts?

He turns quickly toward Faileas, sending a sharp loud whisper across the bar: "We should accompany!"

Turning back to Grey: "I can hunt in a desert. My home was a desert. Your father should not raid deserts."

Heh

Faileas picks up his cup and walks over to his friend, looking at him, then to Grey. He shrugs, "Sounds bleeding hot, but sure. I'll go where me lad here goes."

He doesnt bother going back to his dinner, he was going to eat it out of a want to, not a need to, but he lost his 'appetite'. He will finish off his cup tho'.

He would need some more clothing, as to not burn, but he could subsist without food and water. Besides that, he carries all he needs in his bag.

You guys are working it out great, so I won't have anything happen if you guys are on a roll, but if you want me, just say so.

(You can consider this as a bump and to let you guysd start posting again)

A merchant, who was listening to your conversation stands up and walks towards you.

"Greetings, I couldn't help overhearing you're talk of the desert.
And guess what, this is YOUR lucky day, I have recently stumbled upon a ring. The ring is pure gold and holds a diamond. It can spray out water, and helps you to protect against too much warmth.

Will you take it?"

"Yes, off course it is free, I'll even throw in something extra...ME!

In exchnage for this ring,I would hope you could let me accompany you."
