So Siva is now cleric level 1. I will level up Narančasta as a warrior at the FAO.

So what is the party make up at this point? From what I can see:

3 wizards - Boral (DT), Franko and Hank (SdW)
2 clerics - Karl (chaos)(DT) and Siva (neutral)(DH)
1 warrior - Narančasta (DH)
1 dwarf - Tender (DT)
1 hafling - Homer (SdW)

Pity we don't have a thief. I did think about it for Siva, in some ways it ties in quite nicely with her concept. But at the time I didn't realise Karl was a cleric, and figured healing might be useful. Is useful.

Narančasta has a couple of suggestions. I would have made them in the gatehouse overnight, but seeing as the IC thread has moved on, I'll do it here IOT avoid derailing the IC thread.

1. Have the returning villages take the dead with them back home for burial. I would also suggest giving them some of the coin that has been found. I am not sure of the numbers, but a couple of silver and a gold for each survivor and each dead person (for their family). We have about 60 sp and almost 30 gp, so that should be enough for up to 30 people. There are 8 dead zeros plus a however many villagers.

2. The rest of the coins and items should be allocated to characters in case one of the PC falls into the Bottomless Hole of Bottomless or some such.

3. Narančasta will take a spear. Siva will take the short sword if unclaimed as she has no decent melee weapon.

4. Dogmatron's characters could head back to the village if he is not likely to return. If he does, they the characters can always return to the Keep. They could buy some supplies for the party. Siva and Narančasta only have 2, no 1 day's rations remaining. Actually, more like none, as they would have used them to feed the freed villagers.

Wow, I didn't realize we were down to 3 players. I'm fine with your proposals, though it might help to have Dogmatron's characters around to aid us if the DM would like to run them.

Yes, the party is as you've detailed it above. And you are right, it would have been nice to have gotten a thief in the group as well. Differing clerics is a decent idea, or, I think so anyway. We'll see how it goes. As for the rest...

1. & 2. 8 dead, 6 rescued villagers (of 18 missing). Whatever you all wish to work out with the coin is up to you.

3. Homer took the sword when his fell apart. Borok could easily fix it so that it could be used again, though, so you could both have swords.

4. I like this solution as I really don't want to run Dogmatron's characters. So we'll say they are escorting the weakened villagers back to Krivstad.

So lets see what we have ...

The 8 dead are the zeros, yes? Plus the two dead boys outside the keep makes 10 dead. Plus 6 survivors.

Wow. That took way longer than I though. The above is based on the loot list from the first page, a skim through the IC thread and what's in RG thread. The RG thread really need updating (i'm loooking at you Scott ). My suggestions are indicated with an <--

So ...

10 dead and 8 survivors + fireinthedust's 2 us to 20. At 2sp and 1 gp apiece, that would 40 and 20 gp to the group departing. Leaving 23sp, 9gp, 2pp (=200gp).

So for the PC's - 3sp (less Narančasta) + 1gp each.

The highlighted items are bling stuff and I suggest we just try and share it around.

3. Homer took the sword when his fell apart. Borok could easily fix it so that it could be used again, though, so you could both have swords.

Siva can use Jacob's short-sword, assuming SdW agrees.

4. I like this solution as I really don't want to run Dogmatron's characters. So we'll say they are escorting the weakened villagers back to Krivstad.

I am not a fan of DMNPC's either, hence the suggestion. As for fireinthedust's two, I'd just leave them in the background but close by.

"Siva can use Jacob's short-sword, assuming SdW agrees."

I'm down with that. Also a bit under the weather.

Wow, that's a fair amount of work and I appreciate you taking it on and making the summation for us.

I really wasn't expecting it to be so much. But once I started I kind of got pulled down the rabbit hole.

Do any of the characters have Detect Magic?

Cool. Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling great. I am sending lots of warm fuzzy well wishes your way.

Boral has Detect Magic on his spell list.

Also, potentially, the clerics. The book isn't entirely clear how the clerics get/have four spells 'known'. I think I'm going to do it like this: each day the cleric can choose a number of spells known (4 for 1st level clerics) from the list that he can use during the day. The next day he can pray for the same set of spells or different spells, his/her choice. Since neither of the clerics have chosen spells for the day (that I know of) one or both could choose Detect Magic for this day.
