Going through Angel withdrawal

1. Is there going to be a new episode this week?

2. What's the progress on getting it resurrected? Last I heard, WB was rumored to be backtracking from cancelling it.

3. I'm going to be so lonely when (if?) it goes. Last prime time show my girlfriend and I can agree on.

I know what you mean. A two month break around Christmas, and now a one month break. New episode next week (the 14th). I haven't heard about the WB backtracking but I hope this is true.

You are not the only one. :D

From what I have heard (rumors) is that we may see one more season, WB keeps saying they will watch the ratings before they decide but the fan push has been very effective.

I checked out Season One from the library, since I started watching Angel regularly this season. (No idea what the season number is...)

Watched 22 episodes in 2 days...

Now I have to wait until Season Two is available for check-out. Luckily, DVDs don't seem to have much of a waiting list, so I should get it probably by the weekend. :)

Glad to see fan reaction might just be having an effect for once. First Family Guy is un-cancelled, and now it seems like Angel could be back too. I wish I knew some Nielsen families so I could turn them on to this show!

Heretic - They're up to season 5 on WB Heretic - They're up to season 5 on WB right now. I have the first three on DVD but I've seen 'em all! Hence the withdrawal. Also, if you can't get seasons two and three from the library, and you can make it down to Martinez, you can borrow them from me.

The WB isn't broadcast in your area? Is Columbus near Siberia or something?

Anyway, it's nice to see exactly what kind of savvy television watchers make up the Nielsen families. ::rollseyes::

AFAIK, WB and UPN aren't broadcast in all markets in the US, though they are broadcast in a lot of them. In fact, I seem to recall UPN losing a bunch of affiliates a year or two ago.
