Is it possible for mages (wizards) to cast curative magic's? ie: Cure moderate wounds, or Cure Lt. wounds ect... I have the impression that they can given the right circumstances.
Explanation:
- Willy, a halfling bard in my party has the feat "Scribe scroll"
- The players hand book says that Wizards, Sorcerers, & Bards cast Arcane magic.
- That means Curative spells a bard casts are Arcane & not Divine regardless of the "kind" of spell it is.
- That means if Willy scribes a Curative scroll it will still be an arcane scroll.
- That means if my Elvin Wizard 'Gratis' get a Curative type scroll from Willy, he can scribe it into his spell book & then prepare it as an arcane spell that he can use time & time again.
If this is the case Gratis is a very, VERY!!!! Happy Elf!
So what say the masses?
