Yep, BtVS is my guilty pleasure.

Hmm. Well, if you think Buffy is a guilty pleasure, I'd say you're on the wrong boards. ;)

Seriously, though. Buffy is one of the best-written shows on television (ever), but is subjected to the foolish fantasy/scifi bias that so many people have.

Thinking about it, I'm not sure that I have a "guilty pleasure" at the moment. Things I watch these days include CSI, MI-5, the West Wing, and Alias. there aren't many good fantasy or sci-fi shows on right now, imo. Angel isn't bad, but it's on opposite the West Wing. I dig Stargate, but it's on Friday nights, so I rarely watch it. I'm still undecided about Enterprise.

Women's professional bowling on ESPN.

Seriously.

There are some hot women bowlers. And some that aren't. But I enjoy it, especially when Carolyn Dorin-Ballard or Kim "Legs" Adler are bowling.

Some of the women professional billiards players are hot, too.

And I like "Reno 911" on Comedy Central.

I frequently watch "Seventh Heaven" and "Trading Spaces" with my wife, and sometimes will watch "Trading Spaces" even if my wife isn't around.

And I enjoy watching any of the "Top 10" or "World's Best" countdowns they have on the Travel Channel, Discovery and TLC.

Hmmm. I watch a lot of O'Reilly cause I like when he gets into arguments with people. I also admit that at almost 27 years old I still watch The Adventures of Pete and Pete.

Aside from that, pretty much just educational stuff. I have Tivo set to record anything that has anything to do with Egypt.

I miss Firefly. Terribly.

Ultimate Extreme Elimination Poorly Lip Synched Challenge or whatever the hell it's called. It's on SpikeTV and it's horribly stupid, but horribly funny. I have no shame.

Gee, the last one I'd say I watched that was a real guilty pleasure was the "Joe Millionaire" show last spring. I also catch reruns of the original "Charles Angels" on a cable channel, which I would also put in that category.

I saw Joe Schmoe too, the premier episode, and thought it was really hilarious. I love them cheesing everything up. Unfortunately I haven't watched it since, or really any TV. After that, the next thing I watched was Conan O'Brien's 10th Anniversary Special, which isn't a guilty pleasure at all.

I guess I would consider Angel a guilty pleasure, in that I don't really tell my friends I watch it. Only my gf knows...
