Guilty pleasures, as in stuff I'm kinda embarressed about? I would have to say that the 2 shows that fit that bill and are produced by The Dark Lord himself are Survivor (I have caught every episode since Season 2) and Joe Millionaire. They are such trash but like a train wreck I just can't look away. I won't even try and justify it.
And just cuz it bears mentioning - Friends should not be considered a guilty pleasure - the show is damn funny. Consistantly funny to boot. It's a little old now, but still funny.
