Help me make a Monk -> Thief-Acrobat

Here's the skinny:

32-point buy, Cha at least 10.

Human Female, 1st-level Monk.

The character is an acrobat of sorts, aiming for Thief-Acrobat (Complete Adventurer), albeit renamed as 'Adventuring Acrobat'.

Weapon of choice is probably a tie between unarmed strikes and quarterstaff.

What books can you use? PHB and DMG only? Complete.... or Races of.... series?

Personally, I'd forget the unarmed strikes and the quarterstaff, and make a grappler.
YMMV.

PHB, DMG, All Completes, Eberron.

The character is human, but will apply for House Phiarlan's Desmene of Motion for training as a Master Acrobat (CAd's Thief-Acrobat).

Ok. I updated my recommendation. Max ranks in skills you need for the PrC, changed to 13 Con and 13 Int, and changed feat to Jack of All Trades.
