Help with a Dwarven Fighter Build (12th)

One of our players is unretiring a dwarven fighter. He has an 18 STR, 16 Con and a 12 Dex. The GM is allowing him to come back with a few more levels to keep him inline with the rest of the group (13th levl). He has Power attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, Weapon focus Greataxe, Improved Crit Greataxe, Weapon specialization Greataxe, and 2handed power strike (allows 2x str damage during full attack). Pretty sure about the improved crit, but might be wrong.

Can anyone suggest some feats/classes for him? Between the players we have alot of the splatbooks, so if your suggestion comes from one, please help us find it by specifing the splatbook.

The Dm's update of the character has him a basic charging specialist tank with an AC of 23, 132 Hit points , +23 to hit doing 1-12+15 19-20 crit on a single attack and full attack at +23/+18/+13 doing 1-12+20 19-20.

With basically some craft skills and such. A straight-out rush into battle and start swinging until everything is dead. Still only has a twenty move but Oh well.

Combat Brute and Shock Trooper are great tactical feats for a charger. If he increases his dexterity with a level boost he can also get the Elusive target chain started (maybe even finished depending on how many levels he gets to add.

Assuming he is going from 6th or 7th to 13th:

Ftr 8 increase dexterity, dodge
Cha 9 improved sunder
Ftr 10 combat brute
Cha 12 shock trooper
Ftr 12 mobility

Then at Ftr 14 he gets elusive target.

I don't have the Complete Warrior in front of me, so I may have missed a prereq.
 

Depending on which feats are allowed:
Iron Will or Luck of Heros are no brainers, but have a look at some speed feats... Sprint (+10ft movement for short times) or other movement enhancing feats may be nice for the slow dwarven creep.
 

Off the top of my head, if he can make himself qualify for it, I am a big fan of the dwarven defender for a 'power game' dwarf. Many people brush right past it, but it is actually a very strong class ...
 

Power critical is a strong feat fo increasing his damage output, provided that you primarily fight things that can be crit'ed.

Have him put that 18 into Con, with the Dwarven racial bonuses, that would bump it up to Con 20.

Level 1 pick Toughness and whatever Fighter bonus feat you want.
Al levels 3, 6, 9, and 12 have him take "Roll with It" from Savage Species. He'll have a damage reduction of -/8 which basically works against anything.
 

RigaMortis: the character is already made, and just being bumped a few levels.

Korak: Power Critical got changed in 3.5. It now only grants a +4 bonus when confirming criticals. Its still nice, but nowhere near as powerful as it was in 3.0.
