Twenty-two minutes in, they go on again about putting a spike in the back of his head. Why would anybody focus on hitting a precise spot in the head rather than just blast the whole thing apart?

Well, one would hope that's exactly what's going to happen....One hopes.

And ...their canceled.

This was the most contribed piece of crap in a bit, worse than the season finale from the 1st season. Apparently there's this epic battle that's not important enough for audience to see. Then there's the ending, a shapshifter among them, they instead come up wit hsome goofy plan to keep sylar, the evil guy alive, and test some theory that is far too dangerous.

Why not use Peter?

There wre parts of this show i liked, but overall it doesn't erase the horrible ending.

On the bright side I won't have to have my inteligence insulted for an hour a week any more. I'd say i'd miss Heroes but that would be a lie. Oh well, I'm sure Fox will come up with a new series next year to entertainmain me instead for half a season until it is cancelled.

From what I've heard, they are working on 20 new episodes for next year, so it isn't canceled.

As far as this episode goes...
[sblock] ...ok, they killed Nathan. Well done. That is the continuation of the pairing down of the cast that they needed. We need a new villain, though. I like Sylar, but he has had enough chances. Off him for once and for all.

This season had some bright points, but suffered from lack of a clear agenda. Too much time was spent moving back and forth...Parkman, for instance...he was captured, escaped, watched Daphne die, captured, escaped, was framed for attempting to blow up Washington, escaped, found his son, tried to reconcile with his wife, was nearly captured, again returned to take down the government ops, failed....and at the end he was walking around DC freely when he was still wanted for terrorism. [/sblock]

I'm still watching it, but it is sliding. I hope next season is better, but it seems like they are going back to the beginning again.

Apparently the show has been saved from the axe but has been trimmed down to only 20 episodes next year. Lucky if you ask me. This show feels like a really smart personand a reall ydumb person battle every week. They finally figuredo ut how to nerf a person and not turn them into a complete idiot.

Oh, I think folks are a little too hard on this show....and a little too easy on Chuck. :D

If they just played up the elements of comedy, would all of the "dumb" stuff suddently be forgiven as farce?
