Many combat feats and skills are in the game, though they have been made to fit the computer. For instance Diplomacy is now persuade, and the way that works is that when you speak to an NPC occassionally one of your speech options is a persuade one. Attacks of opportunity, and critical hits are in the game, but the default method of play does not allow those vs the PC. Combat is technically round by round, though it is transparent. There is a definite timing to your actions, that can be used to pause, and decide rather than do it all real time. If you simply let it run the combat basically goes real time though. Its fun to watch combat, as the players dodge, and sidestep to make their attacks. The rogues sneak, and sneak attack have been used, which a great deal of fun.
