rolling twice is fun! Dilletante with Combat virtuoso is perhaps OP, allowing a non-pure ranger half-elf the possibility of using Cha for both melee AND ranged attacks of twin strike, further benefitting them sticking a 20 in cha at level 1. But they give up HQ in this case, not to mention all the other ranger goodies.

Don't make it a clone of Dual Strike either. That's a lame fighter power. Damaging two different enemies is not a striker's job. A fighter WANTS to multimark by attacking more than one foe, a ranger just wants to kill one then another, next round. The only time I've ever used Twin Strike to target two enemies is with minions.

If they want to tone down damage boosting items and feats that disproportionately benefit rangers, fine...just remove Iron Armbands and FrostCheese from the game entirely, to be fair. But then people will complain that his minor action attacks, multi-attacking dailies are too good as well.

Killing Twin Strike is the LAST straw for this edition, wizards. I will never, ever, never, never, never EVER buy anything from you guys again if you remove the iconic ranger's power. You already ruined the paladin for me (no steed? wtf is wrong with you guys, it's like you hate the game or something)
