D&D General How Long Have You Gamed With Your Current Group

I clicked on this thread thinking it was the one that I made and was very confused.

But, yeah, my answer stays the same - about 1 year or so.

In a Ship of Theseus-like fashion, since 1996. People have come and gone, but it's still been "our group". There are two of us who were in the original group left.

You could make a case for it being even older since two of the original members (I and one other) were playing together before the current group, but I feel that moving towns and starting over constitutes a new group.

One of my players has been with me since 2000. He is the the only one and we played all sorts of things as the players around us have come and gone.

Been playing with my current group since the beginning of this year. There are three of us that take turns DMing, each running a separate campaign. One is running an adventurers league campaign in the Eberron setting, another is running Tales From The Yawning Portal and Candlekeep Mysteries and I'm DMing my own homebrew campaign set in the Forgotten Realms. We have a core group of five people and there are also a couple of others that join the table from time to time.
