Huge printing error in my Eberron!

/puts sniper rifle away

As to the printing problem, I suspect they will replace bad copies for free. If not, then you think there is room for discussion about gathering torches and pitchforks and maybe tearing the WOTC headquarters down?? :p

I think they should just have people mail in some proof that they bought the shoddy product (like a corner of a page or something) and then offer them a discount on the corrected version.

I mean, it's not like the current version is unplayable or anything.

Well, aside form having a good chunk of setting material missing.

This is something where the customer can either return it to their retailer (we then returns it to the distributor, who then returns it to the publisher, who then replaces it with a corrected copy provided by the printer) or directly to the publisher.

The printer is where the cost of this kind of error lands.

Hellcow?! Damn that's a good one writes it down in his Book of the Bovine

No, I have no connection to WotC (although I do have a writers credit in Relics and Rituals 2: Lost Lore from Sword and Sorcery :) ).

Hopefully we will get a response from WotC soon on this, though. they should be just about done drawing and quartering their printers by now. I suspect, for now, you could always just return the books to where you bought them and get a replacement - check that they are good first, though!

Printing problems aside, I have heard nothing but good things about this book. So if you go to buy at a store, check it out first. WOTC will fix the problem. You want shoddy editing and usless revisions, go check out the updated rules for Mechwarrior Dark Ages! "Artillery does WHAT now?"

P.S. No kids, just dogs, but she decided they count. :D
