How does Animate Dead work now?

Is it still the same where you can create 13 Skeletons or Zombies with a 9th level slot? Or is it a spell with a single statblock creature like a bunch of the Summon spells? Has it being replaced by Summon Undead? Or has it become more like the Conjure spells that changed to movable effects?
It's the same as 2014!

If i am a Eldritch Knight/ Valor Bard / sorcerer (/ warlock)

Can I replace my first attack with a cantrip
Then replace my second attack with a cantrip.

Action Surge and replace 2 more attacks with 2 cantrips.

And have Haste to use another attack to cast a cantrip.

And finally quicken cast a cantrip?

For a total of 24 Eldritch Blasts?
I think the eldritch knight ability only lets you replace one attack with a cantrip.

I would rule yes at my table. After all, there's no rule against casting a cantrip as an action and then a different one as a bonus action on the same turn
So I would say no since you are getting the same ability from two classes. It is just like how the extra attack feature doesn't stack.

Now if you wanted to go bard lvl 6 then sorcerer to pick up quickened spell I would let you use that as a bonus action but it's not going to be all that useful in my opinion.

Eldritch Knight only lets you cast one of your "Wizard" cantrips, Eldritch Blast does not apply. So with Haste and Action Surge, a Valour Bard/Sorcerer/Warlock could cast it 4 times in one turn, for a total of 16 beams. Once per day.

They don't make it super clear if the number of cantrips in place of an attack stacks. They probably didn't mean them to? Valour Bard says "cast one of your cantrips in place of one of those attacks", Eldritch Knight says "replace one of these attacks with a casting of one of your Wizard cantrips". It's up to the DM for now, I think.

It works like it did in the 2014 book as far as I can tell. You create a Skeleton or Zombie with it, can have up to 4 with the base spell, and get up to 2 more each upcast.
Sort of disappointing as that made the Necromancer hard to play with having to do more than 10 actions on their turn, though I'd have to see what happens when that subclass gets revised in some later book, they might go all in on Summon Undead with the Necromancer.

I don't think so. You can't use the Magic Action when you action surge or with the extra Haste action. So looks like you're limited to 12 (if you can replace both attacks with cantrips, I'm not sure on that part).

Ah well, i can still replace an attack with firebolt.

So...
Valor 6 / Warlock 2 / Sorcerer 2 / EK7
Maybe start fighter 1 to get armor and Con saves.

= 4 Eldritch Blasts and 2 Firebolts.
16d10 + 8d12 + 80 on the nova round.

I'm using Action Suge to take the Attack action.
*Then replacing one attack with the Wizard cantrip
*Then casting a cantrip in place of an attack.
