Alegast Wizard (Bladesinger) level 1

[section]The elf sat along with his teammates, looking at the rest of the patrons with unpleasantness. The dwarf who appeared after got his attention. More civilized than the other patrons of that den and with a heavy escort. The dwarf saw them and invited them drinks, which Alegast accepted with a smile. Something to soothe the throat at least.

"Which kind of components do you need?" He asked quietly to Lavanna as he sipped his beer.

Armed and armored... looks like he knows how to use them too, Brak thought. While still maintaining he somewhat slouched posture, the warrior shifted his feet to better spring up from the table if need be.

Brak nodded to the dwarf. "I ain't turning down free drink." With that, he finished off the mead he had ordered and eyed the mug to determine whether the form and composition of the device was sufficient to break a skull.

"A small feather, gum arabic and the like. All items easily obtained," Levanna says to Alegast.

When the dwarf arrived, she fell silent, merely watching him cautiously.

The dwarf with the heavily tattooed arms brings set of seven wooden steins to the table and sets them heavily down, spilling some of their contents onto the table. He grunts at Brak with a nod and moves back behind the bar. The armored dwarf remains still smiling and says "And what brings ye all to my fair business this dark night?"

Evendur (Grigor), Levanna, and Cedric all get the feeling that while his outward appearance is friendly but there is a lot of hostility burning inside him that he is barely containing.

Levanne remembers reading that Coin Spinners is a gambling house here in Elreed

[sblock=Grigor and Cedric]You notice also that the four patrons sitting in the next table are watching your group also, trying to pretend to just be drinking heavily and talking low, but they are not as drunk as they appear. One of them men, a taller, rail thin fellow with wild red hair keeps glancing at Alegast and Levanne and occasionally is reaching under the table. You can see what is under there as it appears to be he is reaching for something under the table itself.[/sblock]

Evendur Buckman Rogue 1 (warlock 4)

[section]

Letting the conversation at his table flow around him with the odd inane nod or grunt, Evendur rises and moves around to interpose himself between his table and the other.
"I think I am due to buy the next round," he states to his companions. "What about you, good sir?" he asks their guest.

As he does he leans forwards and whispers, "The next table seems very interested in you."

Tirion Cayde, Cleric Level 5 (Life)

Elredd/The Broken Rutter
Day 1/Night

Hearing the comments regarding his armor, Tirion tries a bit to close up his cloak more as he moved over to rejoin the others at the table in the back they had found. He sensed the tension that they as outsiders were bringing to the tavern locals, but there wasn’t much they could do about it.

The group had been joined by a dark dwarf in black mail with a warhammer and sword. He wore the symbol of Hextor on his belt, though it also contained an eye of some sort, not usually associated with the evil god of war and strife. He greeted them a little ostentatiously and ordered them a round.

"And what brings ye all to my fair business this dark night?" the dwarf said.

“We just got into port this evening,” Tirion said, coming up and towering behind the dwarf, though he quickly shifted to the side to face him. “The Mad Elf told us this was the establishment of repute in your fair little town. Baron Ragnar Ruvik, I presume?” Tirion inquired. “We hope to find a place to stay for the night before we set about our business in the morning. We are not looking to cause any trouble, for you nor your patrons or establishment.”

The Dwarf was watching Evendur closely, but Tirion seem to have distracted him enough, that he was able to whisper to Levanna without him noticing.

The dwarf nods his head slightly to Tirion and says "Wells now my friend, Elreed is not much of a village know for hospitality, but dare say the Broken Rutter has some of the best rooms... reasonable costs and safe. We provide our own security ye see and we be good at it. If'in ye are a friend of Adreek Baldor, ye have a friend indeed" to which he places a hand on his chest bows slightly.
