Jariah stood there while Suldrel was rude and completely ignored her attempts at conversation. Her expression became impassive as she watched him simply drag the unconscious goblin. It was evident to her that whatever bond between him, Sachiko, and Fastus was not going to include her.

She made a mental comment to her feline eidolon and slowly followed after.

Aloud she said, “Let us hope the others have not burned down the village.”

Jakira padded along beside his mistress and added, “Rrroast gobberrr might taste betterrr than frrresh gobberrr. We hafta gatherrr earrrs yet, yeah?”

Fastus noticed that the double doors appeared to be locked, but since he was working on keeping people IN, he paid it no mind for now.

"What do you think, Sachi? Something like THIS?" he asked, excitedly gesturing Wireth and Sachiko to the base of the ladder and Elli right behind it. "You can fire your magic through the bars, right?" he inquired of the sorceress.

Suldrel is careful not to out pace Jariah before they are back inside the walls of the village, but as soon as they are he quickens towards the scene unfolding outside the last hut. The elf can, naturally, only be comfortable here when his sister is within his sight.

"Uh, WHAT?" Fastus blinked. That couldn't be, could it? He climbed up and tapped and prodded at where a door SHOULD be. "Why put a ladder here if..."


OOC: Searching for secret passages and/or illusion-covered doors: 1d20-1=3. It would be nice to roll above 10 once in a while, right? He'll step aside if anybody else wants a go.

Or does the ladder reach all the way up to the roof? If it does, he'll climb up instead of down and see what's up there.
