"Aw come on... Not you too?" he protested when Elsbeth thanked him for her 'healing'.

While she did not want to discourage the young man’s enthusiasm, Jariah temporized, “Warden, do you know if the fireworks are kept in the village and where they would be inside?”

“If that is the case, we might have to wait on that plan until we have thinned their number some, Fastus.”

Wireth shoulders his double-axe, saying, "Well, we won't find ears or fireworks in here. Warden, if you're willing to lead, what say we go find some gobbos to take out our frustrations on? Get us in the general vicinity, and if they're growing as aggressive as you say, I suspect it won't be long until we run into some."

"The... birdy can spot their stash from above easy, wherever it is, right? Couple of fire arrows in there and DONE!" Fastus asserted with much conviction but very little actual evidence, looking to the warden for confirmation.

Jariah asked, “ Will Wireth’s friend even be able to identify fireworks or communicate where they are for you to shoot such arrows.”

Jakira preened, “Yeah, the birrrdy donna talk like me.”

The female summoner was ready to go goblin hunting and nodded agreement with the half-orc ranger, “Yes, let us head out right now. I still have a protection spell in place on Jakira, but it will expire in about 50-55 minutes.”

Wireth nods, jabbing his thumb toward Jariah and Jakira.

"What they said," he agrees. "Nairo's talented and trained, but he's still an animal. He can watch for trouble, but it'd take more time to teach him what a firework was and how to lead us to it than it would to search for the camp ourselves, I'm afraid."

"I do not know where they are storing the fireworks. But somewhere in their village is the most likely spot. Are you wanting to leave now or do you wish to rest and recover, first? I could use some recovery time as well."

"I'm fine," Sachiko said happily, "But I wouldn't mind a snack while I wait for you guys. Or I could have a look around the swamp...make sure there's not a horde of goblins looking to take advantage of our moment of weakness. Or look for giant snakes."

She was still a little keyed up from the fight, and had been idly poking into cabinets and containers around the warden's house...not looking for anything in particular, just restlessly seeing what was there.

"Ah, too bad," said the blacksmith in response to his exciting plan taking a dive: that would have been fun to WATCH! Instead he picked up a corner of fretting-Sachiko's new cloak and shook it about a bit: "So what does this do?" he asked the warden. "Something sneaky probably, right?"

If SHE'S going somewhere, then HE'S going with her, obviously.

"Fastus, you could just shoot fire arrows all around the swamp. You might get lucky and hit the fireworks and kill all the goblins all by yourself. You would be a hero!" she suggested.
