Oh.

THAT Xerneth XD

I think she never actually got face to face with him, just more word of mouth.

Dammit, we really all should have tried focusing on that thread instead of splintering off... :\ it'd be nice if we could all pull our socks up and do something like that again...

Okay, so to pull the socks up! My current grip on the situation:

--I'm looking forward to this weekend.
--Providing KC gets into this...and requests aid, which a few people have said would be ideal.

Foes:
--I've gotta watch out for Shasf until Sand gets back.
--Possibly Kraggar
--Possibly Jaka and the offer to other Bladers
--Possibly Bhryn dear, the mass-slaughtering celestial of war. (I love that...it's a great title!)
--Ehhh KC's troupe, esp Orchid dear. But I've always had to watch out for her.

Friends:
--Brad.
--Possibly Sand when he gets back.
--Azrael, and possibly a few more of his troupe (Kal and Kak).
--Kyra dear, if she's on and up for it.
--Possibly someone out of Tharivious' little bag o' tricks.
--Possibly someothers out of Jaka little bag o' tricks.

Sideliners:
--Rajak
--Sky dear

Ehhh who've I missed?

"evil hate-in", Ariel? what site're you on? LOL!
~~ The KC

You put the dash in the wrong place! Evil-hate in; as opposed to evil hate-in...teeheehee! Now gimme a break, I'm trying to stir the evil hate-in pot a little *sniff*.

Oh goodie... a killing list.... both both Sand and Shasf

Hmm... though how far do we go in the fights, is it to the death.. to the near death, to making the opponents insane, snapping the minds, and so on and so forth..

And before Rajak can, I call first pickings on anything after the fights.. heh?

This should be fun... does this warrent a w00t?

Fights, should be determined by those involved in them.

Some players might be up for killing characters. Some players might not be.

Check with the person you are about to enter into combat with first, and make sure both players agree on the level and degree to which they want the combat to go.

Random sidenote: I warrant a 'Dear' ^_^

Good point about the general ettiquette of fighting, Donny.

And general hugs. I just got back from the Wii Release in the UK - it's like feeding animals, I tells ya!

...I should consider finding all my stuff for Bhryn one of these days...

*rambles, pretty much*

Mmm.. animals.

As another note on combat:

If you do play a specified setting, or by a set of rules.. make sure you establish that with the other player as well. Some people may wish to play by dice, and others may wish to be entirely free-form. It is better to resolve that before you get started.

For Example:

Joe-Bob might be a Solar Exalted Monk.

Jane might be a 2nd edition AD&D Fighter.

Franky might be a free form, homebrew Mage.

Olga might be a WoD Vampire.

Believe it or not, different settings and different understandings -do- greatly play a role in the combat situation.

I am not saying you have to know a setting, or rules.. but make sure both players know what sort of RP styles they are dealing with. This way they can adjust accordingly, and hopefully not lead to fights or mixed feelings.
