So I just sent the link to WotC. I'm still going to try to contact ebay but I figure WotC has better resources to deal with this sort of thing than I do.

Don't get me wrong, I've sold cars and been in the online gaming industry for years now. I know that 'buyers are liars' and that the likelyhood of this guy only selling one copy of your product and deleting it after the sale is incredibly remote... but you've got to prove that he's sold more than one copy don't you?
