I'm looking for Druid Epic prestige classes!

Argent Silvermage

First Post
Hi All,
We are going to be going Epic in 5 levels and I'm looking for some ideas for an Epic level Druid. I could just go for the basic thing but I'm taking Bolo to 20th level druid and want something with more bite than the basic epic level druid.
So please, If you can help or point me in the right direction I would appriciate it.
Thanks!

You want the World Gaurdian from Dragon 297

Edit: You can always go Oozemaster and then use my Epic Oozemaster in a different thread. :D

Like the world Guardian! But i'm more interested in plants than animals. (really like the Verdant Lord)

as for the Oozemaster.... Great googly moogly! That's just sick! LOL

Then go Verdant Lord. It's a great class and with a little work could be made epic for those levels 11+

Epic Verdant Lord

I was thinking the same thing. Either finding or making up an Epic Verdant Lord Class.
Playing on the "plant being" aspect and the ability to create new life forms that are plant based (like astral constructs but that stay around not expire when the spell is done.)
OH! I just had a few ideas run through my head! This could be fantastic. I just need to get the epic level book. and some really god pot... the last part is a joke and should not be taken seriously or I could go to jail. LOL

Basic Epic Verdant Lord ideas

This is what I have worked on so far. Remember that I don't have an Epic hand book.

Epic Prestige class: Verdant Lord
Basic concept. This builds on the Plant being aspects of the Verdant Lord Prc.

The character will become a blend of plant and animal having the aspect of its original race but with vines growing on its skin. These vines will be a main focus of the Prc.

1) Vines add +1 per 3 levels of EVL natural armor (bark skin)
2) Can be used to do touch spells at range up to 5” per level of EVL
3) Gain in class spell power per level.
4) May create infusions and drink them… holding the infusions in themselves as berries that grow from the vines around their head and shoulders. Can hold up to ½ total characters level in infusion levels at any one time.
5) Wild shape into Wood Dragon: Basically gains Half dragon template and Spore cone breath weapon (as poison damage) May cast spells as normal in this form.

Let me know what you think... Please!

THis is one of those prestige classes that Wizards says should not be advance betond level 10 becasue there is no pattern to the abilities. I say if there is no pattern, create it. THis is what I recomend

11 +1 Natural Armor
12 Fast Heal 1
13 Treant Wildshape 2/day
14 Epic Feat
15 +2 Natural Armor
16 Fast Heal 2
17 Treant Wildshape 3/day
18 Epic Feat
19 +3 Natural Armor
20 Fast Heal 3

Spells: Gets +1 to spellcaster level every level

Epic Feats:Armor Skin, Colossal Wildshape, Damage Reduction, Diminutive Wildshape, Energy Restistance, Epic Endurance, Epic Fortitude, Epic Skill Focus, Epic Spell Focus, Epic Spell Pentration, Wpic Spellcasting, Epic Toughness, Epic Will, Extended Life Span, Fast Healing, Fine Wild Shape, Gargantuan Wild Shape, Great Charisma, Great Constitution, Great Dexterity, Great Intelligence, Great Strength, Great Wisdom, Improved Combat Casting, Improved Meta magic, Perfect Health

Thanks Corthian

That's OK but i'm looking for something more interesting. I like the idea of expanding on the plant-Humanoid form. Not just the ability to wild shape into a Treant. I'm thinking of renaming the Epic Prestige class. that should take it away from the Treant Verdant lord image and more what I'm seeing.
BTW the skills were just numbered not in level order if that helps you understand. I'm thinking one of these abilities every 2 levels and an Epic Feat every 5 levels.
It is just that the Character will have to have been a level 10 Verdant lord to become this class.

How does "Verdant Drake" sound?
