Just a guess, but you might want to clear out your temporary internet files.
It might be a file in there but I would rather not do something so drastic. (nor do I want to remove all of the data only some.)

It’s in a file… I know it is. :)

Thanks for trying though. :)

Kaboom, that option will clear all of them, which both something I know how to do already and is also not what I’m asking for. (I'm asking if someone knows how to only clear some of them but not all of them.)

As for firefox, the version I have has the same issues as IE, you can keep them all or clear them all, so I'll just keep IE.

Thanks.

This info is actually kept in the Windows Registry. Try this article for more information. It does mention the following:

"To clear individual items from the list of form or password suggestions, click the item in the list of suggestions for that field and then press DELETE. The AutoComplete list automatically appears when you perform any of the following actions on a previously populated form:
• Type the first character in the field
• Press the UP or DOWN keys in the field
• Double-click a blank area in the field"

Yep, forms can only be cleared completely in Firefox from the options dialog.
But I have deactivated that stuff, anyways.

Bye
Thanee

So where was it?

Well it might be stored in the registry I'm not really sure... but you don’t need to edit the registry to get rid of them.

And what did you do?
Ah. I double clicked the forum box (in this case the title box on "Reply to Thread" page) moved the cursor down to the one I didn’t want and then I hit the delete key…

Yeah, I know… :o
