The emissary looks at Kelteror. "May I suppose that you will simply teleport past those tunnels, once we have secured the entry point on the inside?"

Kelteror looks at the emissary wih contempt. Why does a mortal of such low statute dare to speak to me directly? He thinks to himself.

"Indeed, that is my intent - not that I have much choice."

Cautiously, Silhouette approaches a magic-radiating bone pile. The lingering whiff of magic most likely came from the dispelled glyph, she decides. Then she pauses. It seemed an odd thing, putting more traps in bone piles...but it could be plausible. Kobolds were nothing if not crafty.

She returns to the others and says, "It looks clear in the next chamber. I detected a strong residual magic that might be the glyph I dispelled, as well as weaker magic radiations coming from piles of bones. I've little facility with traps and glyphs though. Best to check them before assuming they hide items of value."

There is a dry, ironic tone to Kaelvorr's rasping voice, "Let us hope that Kelteror's apportation does not ruin our element of suprise. Be ready."

"Well," Vedak says, "The only way to end something is to finish it and the only way to know of something is to go forward and inspect it."

Silhouette pauses, then muses, "Though, come to think of it...that residual magic trace was far too strong to be a mere glyph. At least one so easily dispelled. This cave I think was the site of some very powerful magic...and not so very long ago."
