scribe scroll lightning bolt... scribed by an Adept. Adept is a divine caster so spell is divine and useable by clerics.

scribe scroll cure light wounds... scribed by a Bard. Bard is an arcane user so wiz could use it.

Umm, I hate to break it to you but you need the spell on your spell list to make this happen.

Nope. Not on the Cleric's class spell list.

but i did learn the magic domain, activation of wands.

hell should have made it wands.
