For identifying the items, I'm assuming you guys will want the Exemplars to take the lead on the process. It will go faster that way. If you leave it up to the city, the bureaucracy required at The Palace will take a bit longer. Plus, there will be a fee, if you let it be done by the city. For the previous loot the PCs got, Oakfirst had it processed for them at the Regulars Barracks. That's not an option, right now.

Note, a couple of errors on the treasure list that @Aust Thale point out. The magical boots that are noted as belonging to the enchanter actually belonged to the Dusk assassin. Plus, the enchanter was not wearing six cloaks. Heh.

There was no fee at the barracks and the PCs were able to sell items at 60% of their value. They also had the option to donate items directly to specific guards. At the palace, it's a bit more complicated. They can still get 60% for the items they want to see, but the city's merchants will have first crack at buying items. The city's fee will likely be 1 or 2%.

Oakfirst will have the dividing of shares, equally, done by someone he trusts. For the most valuable items, they could be auctioned off to the highest bidder, but then the PCs (and the guards involved as well) won't be able to decide who buys those items. That process is also a lot longer.

For the previous treasure, almost all of it has been processed and sent to Stormgrove Manor. I believe the only treasure that hadn't been processed yet are the items that the PCs took off of the ex-Elite Gate Commander, Lowenan Wearne, and the other guards who choose to betray the city.

While you guys have noted which of those items each of you wanted, I don't know if I had them delivered to Stormgrove. I think they were about to be delivered. If the delivery wasn't mad, then those items are still stored at the barracks. I have to look back and see what I wrote in both the IC and OOC threads.

EDIT: So, after reading through the section of the OOC thread, it seems obvious that all the previous items were already allocated, so those items were sent to Stormgrove. My bad. I just couldn't remember exactly.

I think the only issue with the previous treasure list was that there were three cloaks of resistance. Two of them were +1 cloaks and one was a +2 cloak. Falen took one of the +1 cloaks but I don't know who got the other two. Akos took the tabard of resistance +2. And, he gave his old vest of resistance to... Tim?

The psionatric of telepathy is to be sold. They can either sell it through the city to a local merchant for 4,800 gp (60% of its value) or have the local auction house sell it for them. (The auction house is attached to the Museum of Sem La Vah.) They might get more or less that way, an it will be a major roleplaying encounter. :)

Akos claimed Commander Wearne's +2 feybane cold iron longsword and plans to destroy it. He will want to do they same for The Butcher's Blade, the enchanter's magical cold iron longsword, the masterwork cold iron spiked gauntlet, and the six masterwork cold iron daggers.

Vitus is pretty good at spellcraft so, if it’s ok, he can aid in identifying stuff.
