1) where's the shield bonus come from?

2) What's a +3 ROP?

3) Where's the armour bonus from? Isn't Greater Mage Armour +6?

Shield bonus from Shield spell. It's not 'always on' which is why i included it afterwards as a circumstantial modifier.
ROP = Ring of Protection
Greater Mage armour IS +6.
Abjurant Champion adds its class level to the AC modifier on mage armour/shield.

Theroc - Interesting, definitely not what I had in mind when I thought melee warlock. My version of a Melee warlock is essentially a fighter with a buncha special tricks.

Yikes.... I thought my AC was decent... but man my 24 AC is pretty weak... and my to hit isn't that great either. I sure hope Leif allows my template, I'll need to be able to hide to stay alive, especially if giants are involved (who said that Rhun or Rathan?)

Your AC of 24 is going to be a lot higher than my Wizard's AC.

I'm more like a rogue than a fighter. I'd much rather flank and tear you apart. Some of my work can be done at range, depending how many rounds are in a minute. Blast as I approached, flank behind, begin the Eldritch assault. Difference is: I don't care whether I'm flanking technically or have denied your bonus to AC, for the most part, unless I'm using my rapier. If I am, I might just feint and stab if necessary.

I'm sitting at 25 AC now, considering losing 2 AC to get some cash towards that Chaucible. More EB damage sounds good.

There are always 10 rounds in a minute. A round is approximately 6 seconds in 3E.
