Level 30 Truenamer / Exemplar

I'm making a Truenamer 20 / Exemplar 10, and I've never played an epic level character before. I'd be really grateful if I could get some help with that.

I start with 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, and 11 for my stats, with 6 points to divide among them (to a max of 18 starting). Race is human. I can use the epic truenamer stuff from this page, minus the Epic Names, which the DM says are too strong.

[D&D 3.5] Epic Truespeak (WIP, PEACH) - Giant in the Playground Forums

I'd be okay with something other than Exemplar, but I love the idea of using Truespeak instead of Diplomacy, "Reishalarit, Evnarthils, Methadthifs. I own you three times, mortal".

For the selection of utterances and feats, the character will be very passive, mostly buffing/healing/debuffing and being a knowledge monkey.

No cheese please, I want my Truespeak check to be good enough to handle most enemies of my level without losing half of my turns, I don't really need anything beyond that.

I've never played above level 15 before, and I kinda feel out of my league.

Thanks.

There's no way of doing that without cheese as far as I know.

Dandu, a +30 Amulet of the Silver Tongue has been approved by GM. Since we're epic level, it's "par for course". His own words.

What I mean is, aside from Skill Focus (Truespeak) and Int boosting items, I don't really need or want anything else to improve my checks.

Well, it looks like I'll have something around 36 Intelligence after leveling up and items, and with 33 ranks and a +30 item, I have a +79 bonus without feats or anything else.

The DC to affect a challenge rating 24 is 59, CR 30 is 75, CR 36 is 87.

So, throw in Skill Focus and I should be more than able to tackle most things. I'm really more concerned about item and feat choice. I'd prefer a minimalist approach, honestly. Maybe 4-8 items in total, all of them powerful, that would be better than a shopping list of 100 useful things.
