Lost S04E08 20 Mar 08 - Meet Kevin Johnson (Spoilers)

In Kate's flashforward, no one seems to be aware Aaron isn't Kate's baby. Yet Aaron is one of the O6, and various characters have referred to the O6 by that specific title. That makes no sense to me.

Actually we have no idea whether they know. No one said anything one way or another - which let them make the reveal at the end be surprising. ;)

Kate mentioned having a child, and her mom seemed under the impression it was hers. Not only that, but I highly doubt a known fugitive would be allowed to adopt a child. The whole thing strains credulity.

I would rather have seen the final member of the O6 be someone more interesting.

Actually, he's quite interesting and the fact that he's being raised by Kate and not by Claire is very important. If you recall from Season I, the psychic not only warned Claire that she had to raise her child, he also was the one resonsible for getting her on the doomed flight... And it's pretty clear that he knew that the plane was going to crash, robbing Claire of her intent to have the child adopted, forcing her to raise him.

Aaron's very interesting (possibly in the same way Walt's interesting).

So we now know that the ghost Miles was speaking with in his flash was Walt.

I'm trying to piece together a timeline and figure out if Walt was, therefore, actually dead at the time he appeared to Locke in the ditch. Or was that just another way "the island won't let you kill yourself"? That, to me, seemed to imply that the island is almost a godlike entity. It all does hinge on Jacob, now. And who or what exactly he is.

There was a Dharma symbol on the map Ben gave Alex, Rousseau and Karl before he set them up (damn him for killing off who I thought was going to be a MJOR character...perhaps she still will be). Is there another hatch around the site?

And Tom is gay. ;)

I think Jacob is future-Locke.

Well I'm glad someone else thinks so. I've been saying that for months and my fiancee has been hounding me that nobody else thinks that, it's just me. Now I can say, BAM! Someone else DOES think so.

I've thought it since Locke saw him and we got to see a quick flash of Jacob, and someone put a screenshot online. The eyes looked like Locke's.

No, no, no.... He's the final...
Cylon
.

I hope Ben does not turn out to be a hero. If hating him is wrong then I don't want to be right.

The sequence with the bomb seemed mastabatory to me - something the writers liked but was a waste of time for us. And why didn't Michael's mother make a connection between him and Flight 815.

Pity about the girl.
