Magic item Question

"The Goat of Travail: This statuette becomes an enormous creature, larger than a bull, with the statistics of a nightmare except for the addition of a pair of wicked horns of exceptional size (damage 1d8+4 for each horn). If it is charging to attack, it may only use its horns (but add 6 points of damage to each successful attack in that round). It can be called to life just once
per month for up to 12 hours at a time."

What does "with the statistics of a nightmare" mean?

Does the goat get the nightmare's SU and EX abilities, as well as flight, etc.?

Can this goat charge and attack with both horns in the same round as it apparantly says, even though usually you can't do this with a charge?

I'd go with the physical stuff:

HD, Initiative, Speed, AC, Attacks (+horns), Damage, Face/Reach, Saves, Abilities, Skills and Feats.

I would say that yes, the goat may use both horns, as both common sense and the magic item's description would indicate this is so.

The goat otherwise has all the stats of the nightmare, apparently including the abilities, as it doesn't say these abilities were excluded, but with the addition of horns. It also looks like a goat rather than a horse.
