Kitsune's light bending invisibility, I wouldn't think would affect a sense that detects electronics.

So if your sense is Accurate, you know exactly where her phone is. If it's Acute, you have a general sense of where her phone is. If it's neither, you know there's a phone somewhere in your sensory radius.

So you have all gathered in the lobby of the Centurion Tower to talk or make plans. As no one has any idea where or what the "threat" to the city is going to be you can scoop out Centropolis Plaza if you want. Here is a crude map. The Plaza actually runs for 1st Atlas Ave. to 8th (along 1st Central Ave). Centurion Tower is on 1st Central Ave and 8th Atlas Ave. There are LOTS and Lots of Shops and skyscrapers etc. throughout. Founder's Square is a park in the middle there. The main C-Train elevated line runs right down the middle of 1st Central. It is 30 feet over the ground street the whole way and there is a platform access every 2 blocks and one in Founder's Square.

So I'm going to try to get the sheet finished and get back up to speed on Wednesday when I have a day off. Right now I'm too sick to do much of anything, but I have to work tomorrow anyway, so I'm going to try to get at least a little sleep.

Well, -1 is technically a teen on the table, so I started her with all -1s to see how many points I could play with.

That's up to the GM lol I didn't want to assume character points. After all, a "bystander" is straight 0s, with maybe a point in an expertise or two. She's supposed to be a better fighter than a bystander, though. But still a teen. I don't know lol It's a start, a baseline. I can always "sidekick" or minion her later if Caleb gets to the point where I can't logically grow him at PL9. He's nearly there with his melee attack/effect maxed out.
