The Nymph seems the only real omission IMHO; even then the dryad is a suitable replacement.

That said, I can't wait to see some of these choices in MM2.

I agree! If I had my wish, Paizo would be publishing "classic D&D flavor" adventures for 5E, and "Pathfinder flavor" adventures for PF. I would consider that the best of both worlds!
