If you have Magnamund on the list (and by the way, while it's main character is named Lone Wolf, it has nothing to do with the manga series Lone Wolf and Cub), then you should also have the world of Titan, from the Fighting Fantasy series. Fighting Fantasy was probably more widely read then the Lone Wolf series.

And, of course, you had best add Discworld.
