Interestingly so did I.Hey, I think I understand this one without a translation!
Black/red seems pretty fitting for D&D demons in MTG to me. Red for the chaotic, black for the evil (not that black is necessarily evil in MTF, but it is egoistic, which evil in D&D also is.) Devils I could see as either white/black or blue/black, given that order is something white and blue share. But I think white/black is the more likely direction.Interestingly so did I.
Wow, Orcus in Rakdos colors. I think Asmodeus will be Orzov then.

If we’re talking about the actual guilds, I think Dimir are far too rigidly structured to be considered neutral evil. They’re just a different flavor of lawful evil than Orzhov. And I think Golgari are far too sinister to count as true neutral; definitely neutral evil in my opinion. If we’re talking just about the color combinations, I think they all cover too broad a conceptual space to fall under one alignment. You might as well map the zodiac signs to the five colors, or assign alignments to MBTI types.Rakdos ≈ Chsotic Evil
Orzhov ≈ Lawful Evil
Dimir ≈ Neutral Evil
Golgari ≈ True Neutral

“Zariel, Archduke of Avernus” is the red planeswalker. I’m not too up on FR lore, but she’s a devil, right?Black/red seems pretty fitting for D&D demons in MTG to me.
