Multiweapon Fighting

I'm sure this is a stupid question, I'm just being stupid today.

I'm a tad bit confused on Multiweapon fighting.

If a 20th level Thri-Kreen Fighter with Multidexterity, Multiweapon Fighting, Improved Multiweapon Fighting, and Greater Multiweapon Fighting, is weilding 4 daggers how many attacks does he get?

Is it really 13 attacks per round?

yes.

He gets +20/+15/+10/+5 normally. Then because of the feats he gets 3 attacks with each other limb, but all his attacks are at -2. So with the main limb it's +18/+13/+8/+3 and wit heach of the other three limbs it's +18/+13/+8

Also note that these creatures have an ECL of 4 (or 5 with their psionic abilities), so they cannot advance normally to 20th level without epic rules.

Actually it's +3 without Psi, but that's irrelievent.

I don't own the Epic book, but I thought they still get base attack progression until 20th level even though they are ECL 23, right?

Regardless, still a 17th level Thri-kreen would have a BAB of 19. Uber cool.

Yeah, +3, that's what I meant to type.

I don't own ELH either, but from what I have read it would not progress normally once the 20th character level is reached, but I will defer to those who actually have the book for the real deal.

The number of attacks and BAB are still impressive, I agree.

You would still get all the benefits of 20 levels of fighter, you'd just be a 23rd level PC.

Once you hit 20th level, you gain no additional attacks each round, but you get a +1 to hit every other level, despite class.
