You can look like anyone, within the bounds described in the spell. However, the illusion is visual-only, so if you make dramatic changes, you risk being detected by physical contact. For instance, if you make yourself look a foot taller than you are, and someone tries to slap your face, the person's hand will pass through your head.
You can make yourself look like a Medusa if you want, so they avert their gaze and you get advantage to attack them. You can basically look like anything that's about the right size, according to the spell description.
