New Eberron PbP

We probably have more players here than we might have open slots for a GM, so I won't discourage anyone from pursuing the other game.

I'm going to look into it, but I've got time enough to probably been in more than one game, and will stick with the one that comes out of here.

Ideas:
Investigate a lightning rail robbery.
Be involved in a lightning rail robbery.

Eitherway a fast chase on Magebred horses should be involved.

Well, with the two other Eberron adventures about to be run, I think the need for me to run a third one is somewhat diminished.

I have therefore decided to run an old-school Greyhawk adventure! Believe it or not, in all the years since I bought my first Greyhawk setting (waaay back in 1985) I've never run a single adventure set on Oerth.

Just to give a quick introduction, I'll be using the adventure mini-series "Istivin: City of Shadows" published in Dungeon Magazine as a basic backdrop. This means that PCs will begin at 11th level, and will play giant/drow fighters (fighter in the generic sense, not in the class-specific one) who have been battling to free Geoff and western Sterich from their non-human oppressors.

I'll be posting a seperate recruiting thread within the next few days.

P.S.: Thanks to all the folks for posting their Eberron adventure and character ideas. I was just beaten to the punch!

NP. Enjoy. If you decide to do something Eberron later, feel free to let us know (if this thread is still being used then)
