New feat, help me out here

Fluent strike [General]
Prerequisite: Dex 15+ weapon finesse, Cleave.
Benefit: As soon as the character hits, he may take an attack on an enemy, in a square next to him, this does not count as an attack for that round(I.e. you have 2 attacks and hit some one, you still have 2 more to go). It can be used on the same enemy that you struck before.
Special: Every time to strike you get a -4 to each attack thereafter, excluding the ones you get without this feat.

To powerful? To weak? Any comments welcome!

Well as soon as you get to higher levels and your attack bonus is up so high that's kinda overpowered...

I had a thought, you get better at it. If you can alays his joe orc for 3 shots using this, you !!must!! be good, but at -16 to attack your not going to hit, where as a higher level character who is ment to be better can, it's fair.

You defininately have to learn how to write rules.

Benefit: If you make a successful melee attack on an adjacent enemy, you may take an immidiate extra melee attack against that enemy at a -4 penalty for every extra melee attack granted by the use of this feat.
