Also, I know Crothian said he was a little burnt out, Columbus is the best place to hold it in my opinion. Maybe ashckney could lend a hand? I think DanMcs is in Columbus too and has attended as well.

If this gets more serious we may want to go ahead and start a new thread with an appropriate gameday title.

Depending on how many people would be coming, there is a game store in my area (Dayton) with a large basement that hosts games if you contact them in advance.

Dayton would actually be close enough to me that I would come if I could swing it with my work schedule. I'm not a buckeye (anymore) but perhaps I wouldn't get kicked to the curb?

I think basement = Bookery. Wexord is one level, isn't it?

I tried (half-heartedly) to get some response from them last time around, but got the impression that their lower level gets booked so far in advance that its got to be about 6 months warning (and maybe not even then).

I am interested, Dayton is not too bad of a trip for me but Akron is a bit out of the way, given enough time ahead I could make the trip, though. Maybe the C-bus gang could carpool out there. i would certainly make sure the Armoury game store knows about, not everyone reads ENWorld, ya know...

In my experience, limited as it may be, UD is not interested in anything that will not make them money as per the club inline team and womens rugby (there are far more that I am leaving out for fear of big lists). I can look into asking the gaming club about it...I should have their email address someplace.

While I, like Crothian, would prefer C-bus it would be great if Buttercup came, maybe we could do a combined Indiana/Ohio gameday to get better attendance, since Crothian said the last one in Dayton bombed.

I wouldn't say it bombed as much as it was under attended. It was still lots of fun and ...ookay I am making excuses, but it was still a good time with empty rooms.

It's a great spot too. And it did bomb since our gaming group were the only ones there. We had A LOT of snacks and soda to ourselves though. And remember dshai the rooms were empty except for all the shelves and tabels and chairs and stuff.(right Enk?)
