Sounded like a fun game! I've got to try one of these Anthropomorhic games one day. Maybe I'll finally get to play a Catgirl...

Hmm. You made me recall a catgirl race I wrote up and posted in House Rules once, long ago... That would be my other exception to furries, then. Say, that race has never been playtested...![]()
That we'd do, unless the DM wasn't protecting the squirrel with his divine abilities. And according to the DM Goebbels might turn out to be useful... yeah, maybe as a trap-springer, when we "accidentally" leave the 10-foot pole at home.NiTessine said:My advice concerning the Nazi rodent... Well, our DM belongs to the school of thought that believe in furries of different species being able to crossbreed. Maybe in time we'll see the result of a Lynx/Wolf crossbreed.Originally posted by Sixchan

I've got the same problem, my group seems to be anti-anime to the extreme. They won't even let me play an elven chick with a huge sword. (inspired by one of the pictures in the Art Forums)Originally posted by Sixchan
I'd really like to playtest it, but none of my group are interested enough in anime or furry stuff to have it. Which is a shame, because it seemed like a really good race.

I'll have to agree, an annoying NPC can be one of the funnest aspects of the game, as long as it's run as more comic relief than anything else. The DM didn't run Goebbels like this. Goebbels was annoying, not in the silly way that some people call kender and gully dwarves annoying, but plain irritating. Openly insulting the group, making decisions that defied our morals (like killing the guards that we had interrogated. Sorry Goebbels, that's just not our cup of tea!) and just being a plain bastard. I've never hated an NPC before in my entire life, but Goebbels is just so plain annoying and useless that he deserves to be hated.FungiMuncher said:And by the way, annoying NPCs can be one of the funnest aspects of the game. The fact that yours is also a follower is really interesting. Your GM must have a lot of talent!

Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
