Could Erevan change his mind when he sees the half-drow in his (admittedly suicidal ) attempt to have a demon attack the drow? So one moment running towards the guard tower, the next changing his mind and turning around?

Also you can share inspiration with another player if you have it.

Do we still have inspiration from the break out? I can't remember, but I thought you gave everyone inspiration?

 

[Uller]

Yes. Everyone has inspiration. You can share it and you can us it after you see your roll.

Well, the second roll is a little better... I at least broke DC 10...

Anyone want to use inspiration? Or are you letting it stand? I'm at a hockey rink for the next few hours so I have no idea if that is good enough or not...probably out of the backfire-horribly range.

I am not sure that inspiration works like that? I thought it just gave you advantage, not add another d20 like luck? If you'll allow it, I will burn my inspiration.

I know. But I said at the beginning we're going to let you see the roll first...I want to encourage it's use because my table players never use it and I forget to award it....if it gets to be a problem we can always swtich.
