I'm not sure I will use any of the spells but I thought I get an "all-clear" before I start.

Btw, I am enjoying my first ever Play-by-Post immensely!

PS. using the [roll] feature... can I do more complex rolls, such as rolling with advantage or disadvantage? Is the code similar to that of CoyoteCode Dice Roller?

I think for adv/dis you have to do two rolls and eyeball it.

I'm going to try a task resolution idea I just had as an experiment. Let me know if you hate it. Narrate your results with the freedom of adding story details to the world that reflect your understanding of what's going on. I will be able to tell how well I am doing (immersion-wise) by the results. If we really mess up, we can always edit.

For dice rolling, I am a *huge* fan of coyote code:

It records your roll, and also allows you to add a link. The results display better on a smartphone and the post is less affected by editing after the roll has been posted.

Udit throws a dagger at a tree to demonstrate coyote code : 1D20+5 = [1]+5 = 6


Udit fumbles and the dagger drops to the ground

"Uh, well, it's a good system anyway. This was pure coincidence I swear!"

Privately, Udit realizes that he stuffed a buttered roll up the same sleeve that his dagger was, and now the handle is all greasy.
