Go to the Butcher, and have him slice up a flank steak for you real thin, about 1/4". Mix tequila, lime juice (fresh squeezed, not that crap in a plasic bottle), chopped fresh cilantro, some chile powder, and if you've got some, a dash of hababero sauce. Mix it all up, throw it in a bag with your meat. Let it sit all night, go out and buy some Coronas while-u-wait. It takes about a nanosecond over a hot flame to get it perfect.
