Other Classes Access to Bard Spells

Is there anyway a sorcerer could get access to Bard spells without taking levels in Bard?
I'm thinking a cool feat or something.
I'd really love access to modify memory (it seems like the coolest roleplaying spell ever).

If you could get hold of a prestige class that advances arcane spellcasting and provides Use Magic Device, then you could get scrolls of Modify Memory? Other than that, ask you DM if it would be reasonable for Modify Memory to be one of the spells a sorceror learns.

What Pinotage said: Get UMD and a scroll or wand of the spell. Other than that, in order to get a spell, you have to get the class in question.

Oh, by the way: What's a [cool] Feat? Is that a new type of feat in Frostburn?
