- Oath of Liberation. A callback to the Holy Liberator, an Oath to check the power of legal overreach, fight tyranny and aid the oppressed. Abilities that help resist charm and mind control for self and allies, freedom of movement/resistance to paralysis. May be more warlord-ish in abilties than other Paladins so far, being someone who might rouse an army against tyrants.
- Oath of the Inquisitor. Bring back the 2e Inquisitor in all its lovely broken glory. Oath centers around checking the power and ambition of mages and protecting the Weave. Powers center around dispelling magic, counterspelling and resisting magic effects.

I had them switched in my head. That's what happens when I nor anyone in my group has a desire to play an evil paladin ;)

To be fair, the Oathbreaker is pretty cool. So can easily see players wanting to try one out. I probably would have switched them around in my head too, if my players were eager to try out Oathbreaker. :)

I like this a lot, but I would change the "lore building" for the Oath of the Dragon into you being the agent of a phenomenally powerful dragon.

A Oath of the Coven Paladin might make for an interesting and complex Roleplaying experience.

Me likey.

You understand, fellow commenters, that the Paladin does not exist, nor did it ever exist. I will not accept a class used by players out there operating without any decent restraint, totally beyond the pale of any acceptable human conduct.
Has anyone here not seen any class "used by players out there operating without any decent restraint, totally beyond the pale of any acceptable human conduct."
Players will be players.
