Like how you've got Grey Jedi, which are covered under the Psion, but also force traditions that have nothing to do with Light/Dark/Grey or whatever?
I mean maybe not so specific as that? I'd actually say Palpatine is a Psion (Warstorm) while Vader is a Psyknight (Praetor). But that's my personal interpretations. But then The Acolyte has these force-using covens, and they don't subscribe to the Jedi narrative of what 'the Force' is and use it in a totally different way. They even call it something different. D&D has different magic systems for different classes. But it's all 'magic' really. Just different lenses.

Exactly! Like the Aang-Tii, the Nightsisters are a separate Force Tradition from the Jedi/Sith conflict.

As compared to the Jensaarai or the Revanites who are both drawn from Grey or Dark Jedi that turned around and started their own spin-off Force Traditions from the Jedi/Sith conflict to try and find a "Middle Path"
